Home Grown Organic
www.homegrownorganic.co.uk
Home Grown Organic was set up in 2007 by Gaian Life (www.gaianlife.co.uk) with the help of a Millennium Social Entrepreneur award,
in order to encourage people to grow some of their own produce at home. The initiative
includes methods for container and small space planting allowing even those with
only a concrete patio or some window boxes to take part. As well as the traditional
veg, Home Grown Organic has plenty of unusual ideas to interest everyone including
edible flowers, spices and new exotic vegetables. It also offers an online support
base to help and encourage those new to gardening and they are also setting up an
'expert gardener' list to enable you to get hands on help and advice and prevent
any gardening disasters!
